Apparently, men burn about 100 calories during sex and women burn about 70.
This is a fairly low rate, unless of course, you find ways to make sex more rigorous.
Exercise can enhance arousal, but it’s particularly delicious if you can alternate some positions to increase your caloric burn. Being on top for example helps you burn more calories.
If you’re the one on top, you’re likely to burn more. Or if you make sex last longer.
