Myth: First comes desire, then comes sex

It is a myth that desire must always and definitely precede sex.

It’s been common knowledge for some time that sex breeds the desire to have more sex, but it is rare that people in a relationship might have sex even if they don’t want to.

This is an important point. The ‘use it or lose it’ principle is true.

If you want to have more sex, the best way is to have more.

For those not in a relationship, this is easier said than done. But for those in a committed relationship who feel that they don’t have enough sex, you are better to bring it into your life than wait for lightning to strike or to suddenly feel something amazing.

Of course, we here at AJAX Books wholeheartedly encourage the use of saucy written material to inspire desire.  A little reading just before bed can do wonders to stoke the sexy fires and get a nighttime routine going that you will probably want to replicate every day.

However, the best way to get the libido going is to jump right into the pool. Once you are there, you can worry about technique and follow your orgasm count!
